• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service

• Engage in illegal activities

• Distribute malware or malicious content

3. License and Subscription

Extdev offers both Free and Pro plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions

• Pro Plan: Full access to all features with a valid license key

• License keys are non-transferable and tied to your account

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (within 7 days of purchase)

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Extdev is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Compatibility with future WhatsApp updates

• That the Extension will meet your specific requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extdev and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Loss of data or business interruption

• WhatsApp account restrictions or bans
